Avatar Retexture Commissions - TOS

- When commissioning me, make sure that you are the owner of said character.- I will only work with the party that I am invoicing.- I only take commissions for people above the age of 18, I will not work with minors.- I reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone for any reason.- I cannot take a commission unless both parties own the 3D model in question, I will need proof that you (the person commissioning me) also has the assets for the 3D model that is being requested a commission for.- I will not upload the Avatar being commissioned to the VRChat Servers on behalf of the customer, I can however provide support on how to do so if required.Problems & Disputes- Please note any public display of dissatisfaction, such as leaving negative comments or reviews without resolving the issue with me, will not be tolerated and may result in me refusing to do any future texture/commission work with you.- This includes (but not limited to):
Making drama in public groups about the service you received without notifying me that there are issues.- Making social media shout-outs without notifying me of issues with the work/service.
Being disrespectful, rude or unprofessional towards me in any media that I am part of.RefundsNo refunds will be given after purchase.
I will fix any issues with the commission during the work, I will not go back to the commission once I have completed it. Please provide me with correct references and details at the start of the commission process.In the case that I cannot complete a commission, I will issue a full refund.However, refunds will not be provided in cases where the customer has failed to provide adequate references or has not communicated effectively with me during the process of the commission.Refunds will also not be provided in the case that a customer is disrespectful, rude or unprofessional during the process of the commission.I reserve the right to terminate the commission at any stage and retain any payments made up to that stage.
